AGM and your pets.

ULYSSES Club members who choose to bring a dog to the 2015 annual general meeting are reminded to keep their pet on a lead at all times during the event.

Dogs must be registered with the administration office prior to the AGM and owners must adhere to strict guidelines to ensure the safety of their pet and other members.

Wodonga Council rangers will conduct regular patrols throughout the designated event precinct and any dog found not to be on a lead will be subject to a penalty of $200.

The council provides an off-leash dog park at Belvoir Park, Reuss Rd, if you would like to take your pooch for a run.
The park has two dog agility runs and biodegradable waste bags so you will be able to pick up after your pet.
You will need to bring water for your dog as there is no access to clean water at the dog park.
Dogs’ microchip details should be up to date so that you can be contacted if your dog becomes separated from you.
Dogs must also not be left unattended at any time at the AGM, or bark continuously or persistently.
They must not be taken inside the amenities facilities or traders’ area at any time and only guide dogs will be permitted in food service areas.

Owners must clean up after their pet, with all droppings to be disposed of at the appropriate waste sites.

Owners must take full responsibility of any personal injury or damage caused by or to their dog while at the event, and agree to pay for any claims of compensation in relation to their pet’s activities.
