On behalf of the Wodonga community, our council looks forward to welcoming you to the Ulysses Club annual general meeting to be held in Wodonga in March 2015.

Wodonga, and the North East region, is ideally situated on the picturesque Murray River and is nestled between stunning mountains and valleys. Using Wodonga as a base, visitors can explore this great region which is home to premier wineries, fantastic gourmet food outlets and within a short trip to several nationally significant historic towns. Wodonga is acclaimed as being the gateway to some of the best motorcycle riding in Australia.

While visiting Albury-Wodonga, I encourage you to visit some of our wonderful local, regional, and nationally recognised attractions including the national heritage-listed Bonegilla Migrant Experience, the amazing Bandiana Army Museum, and of course a visit to this region wouldn’t be complete without taking time to enjoy the wonderful Lake Hume.

Wodonga and the region have an extensive range of accommodation options ranging from camping, caravan parks, bed and breakfasts, and a number of quality hotels and motels.Albury-Wodonga is also well serviced by a variety of transport options including road and rail (on the main Hume corridor between Melbourne and Sydney), and, of course, a choice of first-class air services.

We look forward to hosting you in our great city and our wonderful region in 2015.
