FRIDAY NIGHT
Entertainment will be In the Hoecker with a Mexican Mestizos (Peasants) Themed dinner, after all, we are south of the border. There will be the option of pre-ordering a meal through your registration form or self-catering utilising the onsite food vendors. Buses will available to bring offsite members to the site for the evening and returning them as usual. 

MENU FOR FRIDAY NIGHT:

Roasted Mexican Spiced Pulled Pork Shoulder
Tender Beef Skewer’s in a Dry Spice Rub
Marinated Chicken Thigh Fillets with Grilled Capsicum and Pickled Spanish Onion
Mexican Fried Rice
Refried Bean Mix in Tomato Chilli Sauce
Smashed Guacamole
BBQ Corn Cobs 
Accompanied by Tortilla Wraps, Corn Chips, Taco’s with assorted Fillings including Shaved Beef, Chicken, Cheese, Tomato, Lettuce & Carrot. 

Desert: 
Chocolate Chilli Mousse
Fried Churras Drizzled with Salted Caramel Sauce
Tequila and Lime Panacotta Bowls
Lime and Passionfruit Pavlova with Coconut Cream
Grilled Pineapple Wedges with a Sticky Orange Glaze

SATURDAY NIGHT: 
Saturday night will be a two course meal at the Wodonga Event Site. The theme for this dinner is “Mexican Peninsulars (Upper Crust). It’s time to let your imagination run riot! There will be some light entertainment starting around 5:00 PM. the main band will commence around 8:00 PM. 

Members not dining are welcome to enjoy the entertainment from starting time. As with past events you will still have to show your wristband to get your pre ordered meals. 

QBE draw will still held on the stage along with Introduction of Newly Elected National Committee. 

If you want to be part of the ever evolving Saturday night dining experience, now is your chance.

Main: 
Gourmet Black Angus Sausages
Garlic & Fresh Rosemary Rump Steak
Mildly Spiced Chicken Satay Skewer’s
Gourmet Beef Burgers
Accompanied by: Creamy Scallop Potato, Penne Pasta Salad, Mixed Leaf Garden Salad, Crisp Asian Coleslaw and Assorted Condiments plus a Bakers Bread Basket. 

Desert: 
Chocolate & Caramel Profiteroles served with Whipped Cream
Seasonal Fresh Fruit Platter with a Passionfruit Glaze 

Menus for both Friday and Saturday nights can easily modified to meet individual special dietary requirements so please, please make sure the name/s of those with special dietary requirements is/are stated on the Registration Form. Please note that only those members that order special dietary requirements on their form will be supplied on the night.
